Our website can normally be used without providing personal information. Insofar as personal information (name, address or email addresses, for example) is captured on our website, this is always performed on a voluntary basis whenever possible. This information is not forwarded to third parties without your explicit consent.
Please note that the transfer of information on the Internet (e.g. during communication via email) can have security gaps. While we aim for the gapless protection of information from access by third parties, this cannot be expressly guaranteed.
The use by third parties of contact information published in connection with the obligation to provide a masthead for sending unsolicited marketing and informational materials is hereby explicitly forbidden. The operator of this website explicitly reserves the right to take legal steps in the case of unsolicited sending of marketing information, such as by means of spam emails.

Capture of general data and information
The website of Ospa Apparatebau Pauser GmbH & Co.KG, hereinafter referred to as Ospa, captures general data and information with each retrieval. This general data and information is saved in the log files of the server. The following data may be captured:
- Date and time of an access
- The IP address (Internet Protocol Address) from which the access occurred
- The page addresses visited on our website
- The website from which the browser arrived (so-called referrer)
- The browser type and version
- The operating system used
- Additional information describing the type and quality of the access (e.g. error page, image retrieval, download, etc.)
Ospa makes no inferences about the affected person when using this general data and information.
This information is required in order to
- correctly and accurately deliver the content of our website,
- optimize the content of our website,
- guarantee the functionality of IT systems and technology of our website and
- provide law enforcement authorities with information required for law enforcement.
This anonymously acquired data and information is evaluated by Ospa purely statistically and with the goal of increasing data security in our company in order to ultimately ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal information we process. The anonymous data in the server log files is stored separately from all personal information provided by an affected person.
Deletion periods of personal information
Ospa processes and saves personal information of affected people only for the respective time period required for achieving a purpose or insofar as this is required by applicable legislation. If the purpose for storage no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by law expires, the personal information is accordingly blocked or deleted.
Server logs are subject to a routine, automatic deletion interval which is based on the access frequency and size of the files.
Other statistics for server use have a retention period of 3 months.
Liability for content
The content on our pages was prepared with utmost diligence. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
The German Telemedia Act ("TMG") § 7 (1) makes us, as a service provider, responsible for our content on these pages in accordance with general laws.. Under TMG § 8 - § 10, however, we are not required to monitor or investigate transmitted or stored third-party information for indications of illegal activity. This is without prejudice to obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws. However, we cannot be held liable in this respect until we learn of a concrete legal violation. We will immediately remove content once we learn of any legal violations.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external web pages of third parties, whose contents are not subject to our influence. We can therefore also not assume liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked web pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were examined for possible legal violations at the time the links were created. Illegal content was not found at the time the links were created. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of a legal infringement, however. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will immediately remove such links.
